West Palm Beach, FL – The Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association (PBCHBA), presented the “Honorable Jorge Labarga Award” to Manuel Farach, Esq. September 18th at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. Mr. Farach is Of Counsel at Richman Greer Professional Association. An author of numerous legal publications, Mr. Farach has written Florida Real Estate Law (Thomson – West), the real estate component of West’s Florida Practice Series. Mr. Farach is also the author of the “Jury Instructions for Business Litigation” chapter of The Florida Bar’s Business Litigation in Florida manual, and serves as Chair of the Florida Supreme Court Committee on Jury Instructions for Business Cases.
The event, hosted by the Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association, also featured a tribute to Justice Jorge Labarga, who recently was appointed as Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court – the first Hispanic Chief Justice. “It was an honor for us to have the opportunity to recognize and celebrate two past presidents of our organization,” said PBCHBA President Adriana Gonzalez. “Chief Justice Jorge Labarga and Manny Farach are great examples of the type of individuals that make up the HBA. We are so proud of our organization and the achievements and involvement of our members.”
